Yoga In Therapy

Our approach combines yoga with expressive arts therapy, creating a holistic path for healing and growth. Yoga’s spiritual foundations and physical practices complement mental health principles, opening new avenues for mindfulness, meditation, and deeper body connection. This integration offers supportive tools for the mind, body, and spirit, while providing a structure to practice and apply new coping skills.

No prior yoga experience is required. If you already engage in yoga or other movement practices, we welcome you to bring those as resources into your sessions. Together, we will build upon your strengths and interests to support your healing journey.

When yoga is included in expressive arts therapy or creative arts therapies at InTouch & Motion, it is always guided by a licensed therapist with yoga training and certification.
