Group Therapy

Group therapy creates a small community space for healing, growth, and transformation with people who share similar interests, experiences, or challenges. Come together to work towards a common goal, have support outside your personal life, and know you are not alone.

Sharing a creative process with others can be validating and empowering. We use the creative arts therapies in our groups, making it less intimidating and more fun to try something new! Engage with your creative spirit and connect with others though more than just talking.  Highlight your unique self, share your story, and learn from one another.
