Counseling Intern, Drama Therapist in training
You don’t have to become someone new to find your way forward – you can begin here, exactly as you are. If you’re experiencing a difficult loss or life transition, feeling lonely, anxious, or like you don’t fully belong, I can provide a safe space to reconnect with yourself and work toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are—not who you think you’re supposed to be.
Hi, I’m Zach. I’m training to be a drama therapist, and I’d be honored to join you on your healing journey. I’m a performing artist, cat-dad, dancing queen, and a survivor – among many other identities. My therapeutic approach is holistic, relational, and creative. I find therapy works best when there is room for both of us to be authentic, and I invite you to bring your whole self to the process. I believe that creativity is essential for healing because it opens up new possibilities and allows us to be vulnerable, which is necessary for transformation. In our collaboration, we can combine talk therapy with movement, mindfulness, role play, and other forms of creative expression. Together, we can develop a step-by-step plan to move beyond insight and toward meaningful change.
I also believe that healing happens in community. I welcome and affirm all identities, and I’m deeply committed to equity and human rights. I strive to create a safe space where you can feel seen, understood, and empowered. My role is to help you reconnect with all parts of yourself while we explore the experiences and stories that have shaped you.
