Kiaran Hartnett
Counseling and Dance/Movement Therapy Intern
In sessions together we can utilize a variety of creative outlets that speak to you. A few of my favorites are dance, somatic practices, playfulness and storytelling. I believe everyone has a right to tell their story, and I’d love to hear yours.
I am a counseling intern and dance/movement therapist in training. I enjoy working with individuals navigating their identity, whether it be gender identity, sexuality or cultural identity. I also have specialized experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities such as Autism and Down Syndrome. I have experience working with children as young as 2 and young adults in clinical and creative settings.
Through my own practice and in professional settings, I strive to be present with who is in the room with me: to support, to encourage and to let others know they are seen.
