Anxiety shows up in specific situations throughout our daily lives and we often ignore it or don’t know how to deal with it. This free workshop series is designed to teach people the tools they need in order to better understand and cope with their daily stress.
Participants of this workshop series will learn about the benefits of movement and mindfulness for addressing anxiety. They will use creative movement in order to become more self-aware, learn tools for calming down, and increase their overall wellness.
This workshop series is open to adults 18+. Meetings will occur every other week via Google Meets beginning on Monday, January 23rd at 5pm CST. This series of workshops will be for 6 dates: 1/23, 2/6, 2/20, 3/6, 3/20, and 4/3/2023.
The link to the virtual workshop will be sent to the email address used to purchase your ticket within an hour before the event begins.
